Sugar-free 4 Ingredient Chocolate
Holy cannoli, this chocolate is so yummy and is made without any sugar, and are gluten-free. Chocolate has so many health benefits like iron, magnesium, selenium, potassium, and is a powerful antioxidant. Yeaaaaa chocolate!! This recipe is so simple and gives you the freedom to add as little or as much sweetness or depth of chocolate that you want. You can also add nuts, sunflower seeds, cranberries, or whatever rocks your world! Enjoy!
You will need:
- 3/4 Cup Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Lakanto Monk Fruit (or Stevia)
- 1/2 Cup Dry Milk Powder
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- Silicon or silicon lined muffin tin
- Once you get good at making this chocolate, you might want to invest in chocolate molds.

Combine Monk Fruit, Milk Powder and Cocoa Powder in a bowl and whisk together. Put a pot with 2 cups of water on the stove and use a heat proof bowl as a double boiler. Put the coconut oil in the double boiler bowl and stir until melted. Combine the dry ingredients to the coconut oil and whisk until all the ingredients are melted together.

Once the chocolate looks super smooth pour into muffin tin. Add fruits, nuts, seed, get creative. I add roasted sunflower seeds and cranberries. My chocolates taste like the old Chunky bars!

Refrigerate for 2 hours. The muffin tins do not like to let the chocolates out (that is why silicon is so much better for chocolate). But your chocolate delights will pop out easily with a butter knife.

Enjoy Ladies!!
