Sugar Free Almond Flour Fiber Muffin’s

I eat these muffins as a meal, dessert or a snack. These muffins are loaded with fiber, sugar-free, are gluten-free and vegetarian. Use organic ingredients and treat your beautiful body to this healthy muffin.

Sugar-Free Almond Flour Fiber Muffins

You will need: Heat Oven to 350 degrees

2 Cups Almond Flour

½ Cup Whole Psyllium Husk

2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tbs Monk Fruit (or Stevia)

4 eggs

½ Cup Warm water

2 oz Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil

3 Tsp Vanilla


1 Cup Cranberries

1 Cup Roasted Sunflower Seeds

1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

3 Tbs Chia Seeds

Combine eggs, oil, water, vanilla in a bowl and whisk

Combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, salt, monk fruit (or stevia) in a separate bowl and whisk together.

Combine all ingredients and mix together with a spoon.

Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups and spoon batter into baking cups. Fill to the top so muffins are nice and big!

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
